At Sparky's Brands, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
